Which postal company do you ship with?
We use the services of PostNL to ship our products safely and reliably to our customers. All orders are shipped via standard shipping with tracking, so you can follow your order from the moment of dispatch to delivery.
Which countries do you ship to?
Custom by Ricks currently ships to all countries within Europe. We will do our utmost to deliver your order within the specified delivery time, regardless of your location within Europe.
Where is my order?
Please note that all our products are custom made and take time to manufacture. The estimated processing time for your order is 2 weeks after receipt of payment and confirmation of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as its destination. During the checkout process, you will receive an accurate calculation of the shipping costs before you finally place your order.
Do you also have free shipping?
At this time we do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your order and keep track of the expected delivery date.
My order is lost/damaged, what now?
In the event of loss or damage to your order during transit, CustomByRicks will assume responsibility for replacing or refunding the damaged or lost items. Please contact us immediately at [contact information] to report any issues with your order.

Do you offer returns on custom items?
We do not offer refunds on customs as they are made specifically for each customer's order. Each custom item is carefully tailored to your specifications. We stand by the quality of our products and strive for your satisfaction.
If there are any issues with the fit, color, or other aspects of your order, please contact us. We will work with you to address any issues and make any necessary adjustments.

How do I place an order for custom shoes?
Want a different color Rope for the Rope Lace shoes? You can! Leave a note in your shopping cart.
Can I also try on the products in a store?
Yes, that is possible. Visit the RELOAD store in Rotterdam. Check this page for more information.

Where is my confirmation email?

Gift card
Will I also receive my gift card physically?
No. After purchase, you will receive the voucher by email, including detailed instructions on how to use it.
How do I activate my Gift Card?
After purchase you can use the voucher with the unique code you receive in your email. The voucher has no expiration date, so you can use it anytime!
